  • 1 tablespoon minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Orange
  • 1⁄2 cup Grape Tomatoes, halved
  • 1⁄4 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced

Directions
